Grandfinal Day
james gorey
13th September 2008 16:54
This highly anticipated match between arch rivals The Moulamein Swans and Wandella Bombers has been said to be one of the best grand final matches in over a decade by most supporters. Wandella won both normal season games by small but comfortable margins, but in theur latest clash showed moulamein coming out on top in a narrow win. It was a gutsy effort from both teams you can expect much of the same from both of there teams out here today. Wandella will be playing for dominance. While Moulamein will be playing for pride and their first premiership since 1988. The latest up to date score was moulamein winning by a point just into the 4th quarter but kicking into the wind on a very hot day with strong winds. It will be a very special day for not just the footy players but the town of 400 people strong if The Mighty Moulamein Swans can snatch victory. Carn The Swans!!
